  • Made to Order: All of our guided journals are made to order to ensure the highest quality and a personalized experience.

  • Processing & Fulfillment: Since our journals are made to order, fulfillment takes approximately 3-5 business days before your order is shipped.

  • Shipping Times: Once your order has been fulfilled, shipping times will vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method at checkout. Estimated delivery times are:

    • International: 7 - 21 business days

Returns & Refunds Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your journal arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will be happy to offer a replacement if the damage or error is verified.

Cancellations & Order Changes
Since each journal is made to order, cancellations or changes to your order can only be made within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we begin processing your journal, and changes cannot be accommodated.
