My Simple 3 Step System to Switch Your Life to ‘Easy Mode’

Let’s get straight into the good stuff! This is my 3 part system which ANYONE can follow to switch on easy mode and finally start living a life that they love.

Step 1: Do the prep work (now!)

If you want your life to feel easy, you’re going to have to work for it!

The secret to unlocking easy mode is to invest in the right ‘prep work’, which sets you up for success. I’m talking about the deep, subconscious mindset work that will transform your brain into a launchpad for your self-improvement and give you the skills to overcome literally ANY hurdle that life might throw at you.

This is the stuff that most people ‘can’t be bothered’ to do. And that is the EXACT reason that they haven’t unlocked easy mode yet!

DO THE PREP WORK (your future self will thank you for it!)

Step 2: Stop being basic (with your habits :) )

Once you’ve built a bulletproof mindset, the next step is to stop being so basic. Or at least, when it comes to your self-improvement efforts!

The truth is: generic habits lead to generic outcomes.

So if you want your life to be a jumble of the influencers that you follow on Instagram, keep following the generic habits and tips that they share!

But if you have specific goals that you want to manifest, you need to get more specific with what you’re doing!

Once you identify specific, effective habits that move the needle forward. All you need to do is stay consistent. And boom… you can achieve anything.

Step 3: Make it impossible to fall off track

The final (and best-kept) secret to unlocking easy mode is to make it impossible for you to act out of alignment.

How do you do this?
