One of the best ways to motivate yourself to become a better version of you is to take a challenge! Self improvement challenges help you to set clear goals, track your progress and hold yourself accountable. I’ve tried TONS of great challenges in my life and I wanted to share my 25 favorite 30-day challenge ideas with you today.

This is one of my favourite 30-day challenges that makes a HUGE difference to your mental health.
The 30-day Social Media Detox challenge is simple. Take a break from all social media platforms for 30 days. No Instagram scrolls, Facebook updates, or TikTok dances.

This challenge is perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed or distracted by social media. It’s also great if you want to reclaim some of your precious time and mental space.

2. No-Spend Challenge
This one is for my readers who want to save more money!

Read (or listen to) one book each day for 30 days. Yes, you heard that right—one book every single day!

I tried this one to improve my confidence and it worked wonders!

When I took this challenge I decided to download Duolingo and learn Mandarin! I’m not exactly a native speaker (yet) but I definitely saw improvements after the 30 day period.
