The Wellness Edit: 8 Products I Use Every Week

There was a time when “wellness” meant green juices and overpriced yoga memberships—and that was about it.

But over the past few years, I’ve learned that wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all. For me, it’s about the little things: daily rituals that support my body, ease my mind, and make me feel just a little more like me.

These are the seven wellness products I reach for every single week.

Some are tiny upgrades to my self-care routine, others help me feel strong and energized from the inside out. None of them are miracle cures—but together? They’ve made a world of difference.

Here’s my current edit of wellness must-haves I genuinely can’t imagine going without:

1. Rheal Superfoods Berry Beauty Blend

The Rheal Superfoods Berry Beauty blend has officially earned its spot in my non-negotiables. Packed with skin-loving ingredients like acai, blueberry, and acerola cherry, it’s my go-to for that glow-from-within vibe- without the need for 10 different serums.

It takes seconds to mix into water or a smoothie (ideal for those always-on-the-go mornings), and

I love knowing I’m giving my skin a daily boost from the inside out. It’s one of those little habits that makes me feel like I’ve got my life together, even when I’m running out the door.

2. Gua Sha Tool

Let’s be honest: I bought a gua sha tool because it was all over TikTok. But I stayed loyal because it works.

A few slow strokes across my jaw and cheekbones each morning helps depuff my face, release tension I didn’t even know I was holding, and gives me that post-facial glow without ever leaving my bathroom.

Bonus? It’s become a mindful ritual. No scrolling, no rushing—just five minutes of quiet and care.

3. Collagen Eye Gels

There’s something so “main character energy” about popping on a pair of collagen eye gels while sipping coffee and tackling your inbox.

I love using them before a meeting or on Sunday nights while I do my weekly reset. They hydrate, smooth, and make me look a little less like I worked on my goals until midnight (even if I did).

My go-to: anything cooling and infused with caffeine or hyaluronic acid.

4. Sunrise Alarm Clock

I’m not exaggerating when I say this product changed my mornings. Instead of being jolted awake by a blaring phone alarm, I now wake up to a soft, warm light that mimics a natural sunrise. It’s gentler, kinder, and honestly feels a little luxurious.

If you’re someone who dreads mornings (hi, same), this is your sign to try it.

5. Shower Steamers

Shower steamers are my weekday version of a fancy spa day. I drop one on the shower floor, and within seconds, my entire bathroom smells like a eucalyptus forest or lavender field—depending on the mood.

It’s a small luxury that turns my 10-minute rinse into a mini moment of calm. You’ll wonder how you ever lived without them.

6. Shreddy Supergreens Powder

I won’t lie—I’m not always great at getting my veggies in, especially on busy days. That’s where this powder comes in. I stir it into water or a smoothie and get a hit of greens, vitamins, and prebiotics before 9am.

It actually tastes good (rare!), and I’ve noticed my energy and digestion are so much better when I use it consistently.

7. Resistance Bands

I used to think resistance bands were just for fitness influencers on Instagram, but now they’re one of my most-used workout tools. Whether I’m doing a full Pilates session or just a few glute bridges before bed, these bands add the perfect amount of burn without needing a full gym setup.

They’re lightweight, easy to travel with, and perfect for a lazy girl workout that still delivers results.

8. Electrolyte Powder

Hydration used to be my wellness weak spot—until I started adding electrolytes to my water. Especially after a workout or on days when I’m feeling sluggish, a scoop of electrolyte powder gives me the boost I need without reaching for a second (okay, third) coffee.

Pro tip: go for one with minimal sugar and a refreshing citrus flavor. Your skin, brain, and energy levels will thank you.

The Bottom Line

You don’t need a 50-step routine or a shelf full of serums to be “into wellness.” Sometimes, it’s the simple things—tools that help you move your body, products that support your routine, and rituals that remind you to slow down.

These seven items have become small but powerful parts of my week. And while wellness will always look a little different for everyone, one thing’s for sure: taking care of yourself should feel good.
