Over the last couple of years, I’ve been ‘re-learning’ wellness from a more balanced and realistic place.

The biggest shift for me has been on aiming to build a life that I love- rathe
I would say I class myself as a pretty experienced wellness girly 🙃

I stepped foot in the gym for the first time 10 years ago and my approach to wellness has changed SIGNIFICANTLY during that time! 

I’ve always wanted to make my life the bes
