A lot of people quickly point the finger at resolutions themselves. Branding them ‘pointless’. However, I don’t think resolutions themselves are to blame, I think its the way that we set them!

The New Year is an excellent time to make meaningful changes in your life. It’s almost like pressing the restart button and giving yourself a chance to wipe the slate of last year clean.
